- Set up Your Profile Add your photo, choose the name customers see on your replies, and pick a theme.
- Set your Availability Tell Deskstar when you're away so new dockets go to people who can pick them up.
- Connect your Slack and Telegram Accounts Link your Telegram account and match your Slack email so your messages in customer channels are recorded under your name.
